The Carnage Shotgun is one of legendary guns in the game, and it definitely lives up to its name. So here’s a guide on how to get the Carnage Shotgun.
Now, to get the Legendary Carnage Shotgun you need to find this side job at this part of the map. It can be looted off the cyberpsycho mission, Cyberpsycho Sighting: On Deaf Ears.
After taking the job, you will go over on the location of the job and receive a call from Regina Jones. Take the call and Regina will give background information of the job and instruct you what to do and who to eliminate.
Once you eliminate the cyberpsycho you can loot the Legendary Carnage Shotgun. This legendary shotgun is a power type shotgun that can ricochet bullets off surfaces. Its damage can scale to 61-74×20 damage, has 31-38 chemical damage, a 35% crit chance, a 10% poison chance and 4 headshot damage multiplier.
You can also purchase this weapon on a gun vendor in Japantown, in Westbrook district. If the Carnage Shotgun is not present when visiting a shop simply exit and skip time to 24 hours and repeat until the gun is available.
