Cyberpunk 2077 – Top 5 Mods | Summon Secret Vehicles, Basilisk Tank, & More (Jan 2021)

Don’t waste your time, get to know the top MODS! We’ll show you how to use and install these and first of are the top 5 simple to use and in-store mods you will definitely find to your liking.

INSTANT SPAWN CARS

The first mod is called SUMMON VEHICLES to instantly spawn in front of you instead of the vehicle driving to your direction. Many have issues with the car taking a long time to arrive when summoned. This mod makes the impatient driver patient again. By simply pressing the key, numpad 1 key or plus key depending on which version you are using, choose the option to instantly spawn the car or bike you selected. Be warned, this is not as flawless as sometimes your vehicle may drop on something in the way. Bugs are easily fixed by moving out of the area or re-summoning. Still, this is a good companion mod.

To install this, you will need the cyber engine tweaks mod. It simply requires you to download some files and unzip in the x64 folder where the Cyberpunk 2077 exe is contained. After installing the cyber engine tweaks, download the main file of the summon vehicle mod. Once done downloading, locate your Cyberpunk 2077 folder and within it should be the bin folder. Drag across the bin folder you just downloaded into the  Cyberpunk 2077 folder. If you click through the folders, you will see the main mod file nested and that is it. Get into the game, press either numpad 1 key or plus key then hold V, select your car and voila it will spawn right in front of you.

SUMMON TANKS & VEHICLES

Next is the HIDDEN VEHICLE UNLOCKER, it unlocks vehicles that you are not normally able to summon. Example is the basilisk tank, you can call this tank and ride it in a jiffy. All you have to do is press the tilde key, copy and paste the code and voila next time you hold the V to select the vehicle you’ll have all the options open to you. That includes different car brands, colors, styles and some vehicles that were locked. You can also summon airships but unfortunately cannot drive those. The best vehicle you can summon is the basilisk, it is a hover tank that you may or may not have had the chance to drive around. Besides its unique UI, it also has other features. First, by left clicking you can fire its cannon. Two hits is enough to destroy any vehicle and one hit is enough to blow any MPC away. This tank is easy to control and has full control on both the X and Y axis as it hovers and it can also take a beating. Plus, when you commit a crime while inside the basilisk, you are completely safe from the police. The wanted system is disabled while inside so you can go crazy without repercussions.

Basilisk Tank

To install this, you will need the cyber engine tweaks mod installed. Download Hidden Vehicle Unlocker and open the zip. Navigate to the r6 directory then cache, you should see the tweak db.bin file, back up this file. Once it’s backed up, replace it with the tweak db.bin file you just downloaded and you are finished. When you can run the game, paste the code that begins with game.get vehicle system into the cyber engine tweaks console. This will unlock a ton of vehicles for you to choose.

UNTRACK QUESTS

This mod is simple yet could be one of your favorites. As the name suggests, it gives you a way to untrack quests. Before, you always have to have a quest tracked which places an annoying text box at the right part of your screen as well as a quest marker. This can be annoying when you are free roaming. With this mod installed, all you need to do is press the backspace key and once you do you will stop tracking the quest. Just open and close the menu in order to make the text disappear. We are all for cleaner screens!

To install this, you will need the cyber engine tweaks mod installed. Once installed, download the untrack quest main file. You need to extract the bin folder to your Cyberpunk 2077 folder. Within bin and x64 and plugins, you will see a mods folder and then click and drag the mod folder. Launch the game and once you do, press the backspace button to untrack a mission you’re on and open/close the menu to remove the text.

SAVE EDITOR

The mod Save Editor (Project CyberCAT-SimpleGUI) is one of the easiest ways to modify your saved file. Simply launch the application and load in a save file. You can pick from your manual saves, auto saves or quick saves. Once you have loaded one in, you can edit a lot of different things from your level, attributes and skills. You can give yourself perk points, change your appearance and modify your gear. You can also manually go through the quests individually and edit the outcomes. Most of all, you don’t need to go into the game to play around with the save.

Installing is simple. Extract the files somewhere neat, preferably inside the Cyberpunk 2077 folder and run the application. Then load in the correct save file and hit save when you are done editing.

LEGENDARY CONVERTER

Last mod on our list is the Convert Equipped Weapons And Clothing to Legendary. With a simple command, you can convert all equipped weapons and clothing you have on you to legendary quality. The legendary quality items have a lot more slots to insert modifications. Within this mod, any time you find any gear you like the look of but is outclassed by another, you can simply turn the one you like into legendary and a good item is in your hands.

Cyberpunk 2077 weapon culture is like American gun culture gone crazy

To install this, you will need the cyber engine tweaks mod installed. Download the mod and go into your Cyberpunk 2077 folder, bin, x64, plugins, and drop the legendary.lua file into the mods folder. That is all you need to do. When in the game, press the tilde key and paste the command ‘do file[legendary.lua]’. This executes the mod and turns everything in your equipped slots to legendary status.
